WHO IS TWELVE12?
Twelve12 is a local Houston Remodeling Company owned by Oliver Gaines & Jeremy Freeman. Together they've joined forces as a dynamic duo delivering Design + Build Construction Services. They pursue excellence in all work with attitudes hellbent on delivering perfection, always. Priding themselves on being highly attentive to the details. Even the smallest, most insignificant. They always matter.
WHAT ARE YOU GOOD AT?
The details. But also Kitchens & Bathrooms. That's our sweet spot.
If your project is bigger than that, we'll consider it (if it excites us enough). We often start with a bathroom remodel and end with a full home renovation.

We also work hard at our business. We want this to be a great experience for you. Our standard is to deliver a far superior product & experience compared to anybody else in the construction industry. We take our time to do things right, measure twice, and then think things through. Each project is carefully planned, priced accurately, and professionally designed by Owner Oliver Gaines and his team. Then Co-Owner Jeremy Freeman and his team take the project to completion.

Do you really want to drive all over the place to meet with your architect, then engineer, then designer all before you even start shopping for materials? (Just picture the Galleria at 5pm).
We've got big connections and a team of helpers.
We handle everything under one roof. Design, Plans, Drawings, Permits, Sub-Contractors, Project Management, Warranty. Additionally, you'll have direct and constant communication with the Two Owners (and team) who handle design, planning, and building.

We are known within the Industry for our high expectations from trade partners. We expect a lot from them to ensure our standards are met, projects are delivered on time, the budgets are kept, and our quality standards are being met. Many want to work for us, but only few make the cut as we choose to only work with the best of the best within the industry. Exceptional quality is expected and a way of life. Because our reputation for quality is of extreme importance, all work is always overseen by the Owners, Oliver Gaines & Jeremy Freeman. They have zero tolerance for sub-par construction and will always ensure that the final product is exceptional.
CAN WE PROVIDE OUR OWN MATERIALS?
Absolutely. We'll even provide you with the shopping list to be sure you get all the right parts. Once the materials are delivered to the site, we'll schedule the crew for installation.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Absolutely. We carry a $1million general liability policy and a $1million workers comp policy.
HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE?
Of course, each project is different, but on average bathrooms take 3-6 weeks and kitchens take 4-6 weeks.
WHAT CAN YOU NOT DO?
Nothing. The only limiting factor is how much cash you're willing to part ways with.
The neat thing about living in 2020 is that there is literally nothing we cannot build or figure out how to build. We have some unbelievable tools and decades of experience allowing us to always find a solution (or invent one if it doesn't exist.)
HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?
We will specifically estimate & calculate your project with the labor total and allowance for materials. We calculate each proposal the same way for every client. Ultimately the price is determined by how expensive your taste is and how important the bells and whistles are. Here's a ballpark guide based on past projects...
Bathroom - Shared Hall Bath
Economy - 10k-15k
Upgrade - 18k-20k
Boutique - 22k+
Master Bath
Economy - 20k-35k
Upgrade - 45k-65k
Boutique - 85k-120k+
Kitchen
Economy - 28k-40k
Upgrade - 65k-85k
Boutique - 85k-165k+
Construction
Small Projects cover areas less than 150 square feet and usually range between $65,000–$85,000. Think of smaller master bathrooms or smaller indoor or outdoor kitchens.
Medium Projects cover 151–300 square feet and usually range from $85,000–$120,000. These often include kitchen and/or major bathroom remodeling projects for medium-size homes or condos in urban areas.
Large Projects cover 301–500 square feet and often start at $120,000 or more, depending on client selections. We usually take on these projects for established interior designers, architects, contractors, and homeowners who need to remodel or add an entire indoor or outdoor kitchen, bathroom office, bar, library, etc.
